The care plan — what makes it done-for-you

• Care — €55/mo ($59). We keep it alive and safe: hosting, domain & SSL, backups, scheduled maintenance — to keep your site alive.
• Care+ (best value) — €165/mo ($179). Everything handled — and improving: everything in Care, 3 hrs/mo of changes, priority response, current & upcoming web SaaS products & tools.
• One-shot — €50/hr ($54). Pay only when you need a change. On top of base Care; on Care+ your included hours are used first, then a discounted rate. Same-day — €75/hr.

Commit to 12 months of care and the build is discounted. Lower upfront cost, and a site looked after from day one.

Cloud Ops — managed Google Cloud, GCP DevOps & deployments

A dependable cloud operator — without the €70k+ salary or the recruiting. A certified GCP engineer deploys your apps, manages access, watches your costs and uptime, and handles the day-to-day — without a full-time hire. Project setup, deployments, access, monitoring and cost control, run on retainer. You keep full ownership of your account and code.

Step 1 · A one-time setup project — start where you are

• “We’re building something new.” — from €3,900 · 2–3 weeks, fixed price after a 30-minute call. Your app live with a deploy process that works, alerts before users call you, a spending limit that can’t be blown through, everything written down. Leads to Managed Ops · RUN.
• “We’re live, but somewhere else.” — €900 assessment (3 days), then migration from €7,500. What you’re actually running, what it will cost on GCP, and a fixed quote — then a rehearsed cutover with a rollback plan and a zero-downtime target. Assessment credited against the move. Leads to Managed Ops · RUN or OPERATE.
• “It’s running and nobody really owns it.” (most common) — €1,400 audit (5 working days, read-only), then fixes from €4,500. Where the money goes, what’s about to break, what Google will force on you and when — every fix priced individually, credited if you start within 30 days. Guarantee: if we don’t find yearly savings worth more than the audit fee, you don’t pay it. Leads to any Managed Ops plan.
• “We shipped AI features and can’t see inside.” — from €4,500 · 2–4 weeks. Cost per AI feature and per customer visible daily, alerts before the bill, a fallback when your provider degrades, and every call screened for prompt injection and data leaks (Google Model Armor). Leads to Managed Ops + the AI module.

Step 2 · Managed Ops — the ongoing retainer

• RUN — €1,500/mo. One product in production, a founding team with no ops hire yet, or an agency looking after 3–4 client sites. You ship your own code — we keep the ground solid.
• OPERATE (most common) — €2,800/mo. A SaaS past its first customers, or an agency looking after 8–12 client sites. Everything in RUN, plus we run your deploys and releases, production incidents come first, scaling tuned as traffic grows.
• SCALE — €4,200/mo. An agency running 20+ client systems, or a product with several services and real traffic. Everything in OPERATE, plus architecture reviews, disaster-recovery drills, and access governance.
• AI module (add-on) — €600/mo on any plan. Requires the AI Ops setup first.

Every plan includes monitoring with alerts, fixes when it breaks, security patches before their deadlines, tested backups, a monthly cost and health report, and a written uptime target for each system — miss it and you’re credited that month. New features, migrations and redesigns are quoted as a fixed price before we start. 6 months minimum · 60 days’ notice · your Google account and your code stay yours.

Frequently asked questions

What does fixed price actually mean?

You get a detailed proposal with a total cost before any work begins. That number doesn’t change unless you ask for something outside the original scope, which we quote separately. No hourly billing, no surprises.

What’s a care plan and do I need it?

Care covers hosting, security, backups and scheduled maintenance. Care+ adds monthly change hours, priority response and our web SaaS products. It’s optional — but most clients keep it so the site is never neglected.

Can I deploy to my own hosting?

Yes. We deliver the code and documentation and you’re free to host wherever you like. The build cost stays the same.

Do you work outside the EU?

Yes — we’re based in Europe and work with small businesses across the EU and the US. We work async and schedule calls when it suits both sides.

Do I keep control of my Google Cloud account?

Always. The account and code stay in your ownership — we operate inside it with scoped access. You can revoke or take over at any time. No lock-in.

What does the retainer actually cover?

What about security audits and compliance?

Our Rescue audit covers your infrastructure — where the money goes, what’s about to break, who still has access. It’s read-only, fixed-price, and ours. Formal compliance certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is different work — for that we bring in a specialist partner rather than sell it as solo work.

Which certification do you hold?

Google Cloud Certified — Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE). It covers deploying, monitoring and operating workloads on GCP, which is exactly the scope of these retainers.
